Music Industry Experts: Ali Cesare, VIP Tour Manager

We're in-studio with VIP Tour Manager Ali Cesare! 

Touring can be one of the most lucrative parts of the industry for an artist! But when an artist's job is to create and put on an unforgettable set, someone needs to step in and make sure everything else runs smoothly. This role belongs to a tour manager. As artists grow, they might start offering VIP packages that include things like meet and greets, listening to sound checks, exclusive merch, or a special viewing stage. When shows have VIP packages, a VIP representative will join the tour to ensure the VIP guests have the ultimate experience and everything runs smoothly.

Ali Ceasar is both a VIP rep and a tour manager who has toured with the likes of Guns N' Roses, The Who, and Don Toliver, to name a few.

Ali spoke with Music You're Missing host Brendan Jeannetti about her touring role, life on the road, the VIP experience, and provided valuable advice for those interested in a career in the industry, as well as independent artists looking to tour themselves.
