What a year it’s been.
It’s been hard in big, life-altering ways and in incredibly mundane ways.
This year, more than usual, I’m looking forward to the symbolically fresh start and optimism that a new year brings. With that new year around the corner, goal-setting is on my mind.
Today I thought I’d share my own goal-setting process. If you already have a process that works for you, don’t feel the need to switch. If you’re looking for one to try, this might be a place to start!
