About:
Gregory David spent years working as a live guitarist, honing his craft on stage at bars, clubs, and concert venues around the country. In recent years, he’s developed a desire to explore different musical traditions and create his own body of work as a producer. In this time, he has carved out his own lane with a whimsical, guitar-forward twist on traditional boom-bap hip hop that incorporates elements of jazz and R&B. A capable multi-instrumentalist, Gregory makes the majority of his music from scratch in a room full of analog instruments and equipment. He strives to organically reach into the unknown and capture a live feel as though he’s in a room filled with musicians.
