Episode 66: Biking Across the U.S. and Finding the Sylva Lining

Sylva is on the show today. She’s an writer and a biker, and she has a can do attitude. She goes through life expecting good things, and good things come her way. Reminds me of the mantra: whatever you believe, you are correct. She checked off a bucket list item which was to ride her bicycle across the US, and she did it solo. A 4,000 mile bike tour across the US is an epic accomplishment that many people only dream about. She documented her epic adventure and then wrote a book to document it, but also to inspire and empower others.
