Episode description

Amy Boelter is on this week’s episode to tell us her journey to reclaim her health via the bicycle. Several years back Amy experienced a tough journey to have a baby. Once her daughter was born, she fought some unexplained health issues that doctors couldn’t give her answers for a quick fix. Add to this the pandemic and some mental health issues along with postpartum depression, Amy didn’t like the way things were going. So she decided to reclaim her life and take control of her own health. It started with the purchase of a Peloton and 5 minute bike rides soon turned into longer and longer rides. She also made the decision to become sober and cycling really supported this. Today Amy is working out daily, has event goals on the horizon and seeing how far she has come keeps her moving forward!
