Episode description
It's the early 70's in The Netherlands and women are going missing. Police were quick to arrest the culprit and bring him to "justice."
Years later the same justice system was very quick to release this man back into society. He would continue his murderous reign of terror and come to be known as The Beast of Harkstede.
