Danny Corwin - The Serial Killer No One Mentions

Daniel Lee Corwin, a resident of Temple, Texas, remains a little-discussed figure despite his status as a serial killer. Hailing from a modest background, he grew up in a small town and belonged to a respected religious family. Unfortunately, circumstances led to his family losing their home, forcing them to relocate to a motorhome.

Throughout his life, Corwin struggled to fit in with those around him. He possessed a reserved demeanor and, during his school days, would trim his nails using a hunting knife. His countenance often appeared devoid of emotion, lacking any discernible expression. It is worth noting that he exhibited signs of violence early on, having killed his sister's cat during his youth.

His first documented act of sexual assault targeted a teenage neighbor who had been babysitting. Sensing something amiss, she secured the sliding door before being startled by a naked Corwin emerging from hiding. He forcefully covered her mouth and subjected her to a sexual assault. Before departing, he demanded the return of his shirt, emphasizing that she was unaware of his true residence on the other side of town.

Although an investigation into the incident took place months later, Corwin managed to pass a lie detector test and evade arrest. This allowed him to continue his disturbing activities unchecked.
