The subjects of postpartum depression, psychosis, and infanticide is a very taboo topic that doesn't get brought into the limelight very often, and is very seldom discussed. This case surrounds one of the worst cases of infanticide in United States history of a mother compounded with secrecy and addiction while living in Utah. This is the case of Megan Huntsman.
