David Bomber is an inmate at the Virginia Department of Correction who is on a mission to correct a miscarriage of justice. David was convicted of not only second-degree murder, but also malicious wounding for the same crime on the same victim. Do you think both charges for the same crime is just? David is petitioning for a change of this law to ensure it doesn't happen to others.
