Burnout

In this episode, I want to touch on a subject that is very important to me. As the Summer season draws to a close I know that many of us are experiencing some degree of burnout. I figured this would be a good issue to address and give some tips and tricks on burnout that have come from some of our guests so far and based on personal research and experience.
