Pretty V. How are you guys feeling feeling good? Brand new episode guests, We got a new guest on here today. I was so excited. You're gonna tell you who the guests this yet? Ya just gotta say to just know what he talks like. It's probably in the title. I probably don't know who the guests is. I'm so happy about this episode. I'm so excited. Do you know him personally? Not personally okay, okay, just from the show. Yeah, yeah, We're we keep saying him, him, him. We're talking about

Charlie clips. They will be on here today. He is just um. Anybody that can do that from clips to holla, took that that mind, that genius mind. If you can freestyle and make sense, Justina, It's just so amazing what he did yesterday on stage. We'll just be looking at him like, oh no, I just I think that you were just trying to like those shots a minute ago at me when you just said if you can freestyle and make sense, like, I think that was a shot. What do you think? What do you guys think? That

sounds like a pro. First of all, I sometimes can't freestyle and makes sense, but at least you freestyle. You don't make sense, but you go viral and people still love it. What I see, what I see, what I look like that I don't even know what that means, but people love it. We turned into a whole wile now song. What I'm talking about, what I'm talking me when I see, when I see what I look like? That?

What the fund does that mean? But my thing is, I just really feel like you could have kept that coming off the show when she said, if you if you free sale and make sense me, okay, go, I'm gonna give you. I'm gonna give a chance your dame yourself if you make sense right now. Maybe I'm not

talking about you freestyle. Your topic is money, alright, ha ha, that's my ship money looking kind of funny nick talking, But I'm about to the money period now when you can freestyle and make sense to me, that is genius. I'm gonna get you all the campus weeks. That's all I'm trying to say. Now, So yess um, real quick, before we get to Charlie clips the cookie jar, I think a good time the jar or the the jar surprises. I mean, there's too let's stick down, let's do it.

Get a good movie. I always get good ones. All right. Scenario you and your best friend have drugs in the car and you get pulled over. Are you the friend who panics or stays cool? I am panicked, Oh my god, panicked. I'm not good getting in trouble. I'm not good going to jail. I will not take the rap for you. I will let you know if we are going into something together that is illegal. If I have to tell on you, I will. But I'm not just a snitch. I feel like it's somebody like, oh, you're a snitch.

A snitch if I tell you up front that before we do this, if it's me or you, it's gonna be I'm not going to jail. For fifty years. For now, I'm not doing that. So I will say, Veena did it? Let me say something and instead of South Carolina, it stays in the hands of one, it's the hands of all. That's why I'm not running aroundhen nobody that's doing that. Ship I'm not doing that. I know what I'm built

for you. It's scenario. Don't get to okay, okay, okay, you and your best rood have pulled have drugs in the car? Are you get pulled over? Why do we have drugs? Are the friends? Panic stays automatically panic before we got pulled over. No, you're not being a girl. And I'm like, I'm good. No. As soon as the car pulls over, already know you're gonna be like panicked. You're not gonna be chill. I'm like, what if songs with the fouls? How do I get myself in this?

I think I'm gonna do it off the wood when they all got pulled over? Why is the drugs? I'm panicked running around with drugs in the car in general before we get pulled over? I don't, you know, I don't. I don't like propos anyway, So what about what about anything that would be cool. Really, she said that every

day in Jamaica. No, not not like I've been in a I'm in not a situation before any We were in Trinidad and I like, we have like Ganda is not cool, and we one, Yeah, it's not cool in Trinidad. And so we had in the car. It was like seven of us. But we had to play it cool or else we were going to be in I don't know where for the weekend. So we had to play cool. But let's play it cool, like hello, honestly, honestly, okay, I might drop myself out, but honestly we had to

navigate to getting rid of it somewhere else. You shoved it up your head. No I didn't. You did on side. Yeah. Why do we get caught when we throw the good outside we're driving? They remember one, your fingerprints are on it. Number two, they see it you've thrown it when they had you. Yes, because the start watching movies about always said that's us most you Martin Bad Girls because Martin, Yeah, But do you want to get to the guest? I get to it because we already talked. I really want

you to get to know him. I'm gonna make him a rap. That's what we want to talk to wrap about the woman of podcast. Yes, yes, okay, I love love love clips. And you know he is I said this in my other interview with now. He is the biggest gangster is Teddy Bear you ever meet. He is such a game person and I just can't wait for you guys to meet him and get to know him on a little deeper level. So I thought there was a big Mac. I don't know a big mag like that.

I mean I do, but I don't on a deeper level. Well, he's the biggest of the big wow. I mean he's a big he's a he's a two hit. They got no choice with him. Breaks it on while went out. That's all they gonna talk about deep in the big. Let me tell you what Big Mack did. We were playing a game call um, step on your foot in the back of my and the back of my bride so my, you know, the setup of the stage is dope. I can wait for you guys to see it. But I was leading up against a bucket or a car,

I don't know which. What we were doing. He got up, he moved me out of the way, and he became what I posted to lay Off. I'm like this ship, I'm chippinge. This is comfortable. Yeah, big macs like the dup the two X, and then like just yeah, I love being that shout out to be at three or five radio down. It's talking about meeting with men DC size. We shaped like the lists off man in black, the road just shaped like a blund shaped like a blood,

shaped like a shoelace, shaped like a plan. I'm like, okay, So once again y'all, Charlie Clip is here and we are going to get to him right after this break, so so moved. What's up you guys. It's your girl pretty t V. And we are back with the women of all our potasts, and I'm about to bring up the be, the raw, the handsome, a bout a rapper. Sometimes he's funny, sometimes he's not got to work on his transition, but I love him. Yeah, I give it

up for my boy, Charlie. Don't he's killing so he's funny. We love you, baby, you don't need a dap up this love hate relationship and me to really love him so much. We like, you know, I love Here'll doing good now for the people that don't know me and being to know you, Crystal no show on the show, but not too personally. People who is Charlie Clips? We know you're a battle rapper. You've been a whiling out for X amount of seasons. Um, tell the people who

you are what you do? Um, legend go rap And I'm saying that, you know. I mean, uh, you know, sooner be legend on wilding out just as well. You know this was my ninth one and I just comp neat it. Yeah, this was my ninth one. Um, I'm just I'm just man. I'm a I guess you said it. Man, I'm a beast. I'm just the animal or whatever I do. Like I guess you know, I'm just loaded with everything

you know. Um, you know, hence the name Clips. You know, that's why I chose that name, just to be um fully loaded with whatever I do, whether there's battle rap, whether there's television where there's Golden Corral, I don't care. I'm gonna be the best whatever I do. I'm the best at what I do. So it's just about being loaded. Man. So I'm just animal. You know from hallm we of you so much from town. You still South Carolina borrow from seven from the Bronze and Blood. No No, No,

No Veena. Where she lives at in New York depends on the music that is playing. If come on, she start Milly Rockett. If Maze come on, she haled shake you know yeah, If Remy come on, she leaned back period. Speaking of Remy, I've seen that lost you too, but we discussed that later show. I think she lost. I just see what's in the streets. You know, I don't know. That's fine. Let me tell you something about me tell him how you battle rap? Ye? Anytime battle rap, it

gets done the right way. Shout to thank you for the bag, pet poos And she's still waiting on some of that back in, which is gonna lead me into this scenario we were talking about this. You and your best friend have drugs to the car and you get pulled over. Your friend pan up. Are you the friend that panics are? Stays cool? Oh you stay cool? That's my guy. What do you need? Nothing happened, You just got pulled over. You know, nothing happened, now, you know?

It depends on how real your friend gonna be. Like now, if they told you it was and you got in the car, you're responsible just as well. Yeah, that's so I'm not getting that Carr responsible just as well. You know what I think, Like, Yo, I got this on me and letting you know, you leave it saying get in your own car, or if you're in the car like I'm good, but if you get in there, you

know what happens, you're responsible just as well. Now what if your friend don't tell you and you got in their car and they got drugs and ship in their car and they get put over, y'all get searched or something and they find this stuff. You're just gonna hold it down. I mean, well, here's the thing. Um, we're human. Um, you know, could have took many trips and felt like you know here, she was never gonna get caught, So it might have not been on their mind to try

to play you and happened. Um, it all comes down to results. And when it's you know, when it's that time and they talking to that person, if that person be like, yeah, that's hours you know what I'm saying, then that's when it gets heated. And that's when you gotta you know, pretty much handed that. Basically, I'm not doing no time for none of now I'm here. The thing,

My thing is, I'm not saying anything. So I'm not gonna say it's not mine or nothing because that person is going to say this there, I won't have to. I'm not gonna be with anybody that's Yeah, like like I'm not gonna ever say anything, you know what I mean. It's not even a street rule or code of you know, it's just me. I'm not gonna say nothing because whoever I roll with real real men, you know, you understand

what I'm saying. Like they're gonna They're gonna take the heat for them, just like I would take it if it was mine. Pause, you know what I mean. So, yeah, so I'm gonna get into don't panic be someone, don't don't don't don't snitch just yet give yourself. Some women different than men, though. Some women were just like awesomosicular panic overthinking, like what's going to happen away? Yeah, for sure it's in the trunk all um. Women, Uh, women

are extremely different from men in that situation. Um, you're never really hear about like women telling too much, and if they do, it's not something you you know, put out there, publicize and make it known like that. It's just like a different kind of thing, you know. And especially if you're a dude with a woman, if she do telling you, it's not saying forgive her, but you don't. You know, you don't gotta go harder or like you do. It's a different situation. But if you're a dude, though,

you know what I'm saying. If you if you're in the car, you shouldn't be in the car with somebody ain't the real one that ain't gonna sit there and tell them like, hey, that's all me or whatever you or if they're in a passenger like and they get like that's me. You shouldn't get in the car with nobody like that. So even if even if we both got knocked, God forbid, I'm not gonna say anything, not gonna say nothing. You know what I'm saying. When we cross each other in the child line, we gotta talk.

We gotta talk. So because I want to get into you know you write, um, how did you get into battle rapping? Um? Watchington Irvin High School when I was in high school. When I was in high school, Um, I owe it all to like know a lot like that era at school that moment. So what happened is, Um, I was in the cafeteria. So we're always in the lunch room, right, you know, lunch room always let everything

going on. So um, these dudes used to have ciphers in the lunch room and they started spitting these punch lines, these metaphors, these similes and everything, and I'm like, yo, this is crazy, Like it's crazy. That's the punches. I'm here. I'm like, oh my god, it's fired. So one day I stopped by the corner store. You know what I'm saying. I get a composition of book black and white joint. I write about like four pages of um rhymes in there. I never forget. I come back to school when the

weekend is out. Yeah I got something. Man, if you don't ain't got name, I got no name, no rap name, nothing. I'm just unknown like with you know what I mean. So um, they're like, nah, all right, bet let me let me hear it. And I swear to you like I spent one like one and it was it changed my life. Now remember no, no, don't. Here's the funny thing, right when you when you when you when you grow up from that moment, you know, and you get and you get older from that crazy back then the best

back then now. But you know what it is like that day when I when I did that, Um, the lunch room like literally went crazy. I'm talking about jumping, screaming everybody like a movie right, Because what happened was I was at the table, but I was loud, so the whole lunch room everybody zoom, didn't what's going on. I spent all four rounds. They kept asking me to spit the rhymes over. I was leaving the cafe. The cafeteria, UM, God blessed. I always hope they always hear this salute

to the twins. It was a set of twins that were going to school. They were popular in the in the school. One of the twins when I went the operation. First of all, you know you high, are you good when you gotta leave for lunch? But you go away? Everybody else coming in from the next period, but they don't know what I just did though, So twins just so happened to walk with me that way. He was like, yo, spit that one more time. So now we're in the corridor and this is everybody trying to go in the

lunch room. Now I spit the rhyme again. The whole floor just jumps and goes crazy. Um. Okay, so you walk out. The twins is with you? Oh yeah, so the corridor area. Yeah, one of one of the twins walked out, um with me and you know, into the hallway where everybody it's pretty much coming in for lunch, you know, for the next period, and he just goes, yo, spit that ship one more time. The twins was dudes. Yeah, I don't know why we're part of the story. Lad,

I'm thinking of two cute girls. I don't know. List if a set of female twins ever take me out the lunch room and tell me to spit that ship again. They from the Bronx from my side shut up anyway, from the whole Miami word. So um, so he goes, yo, spit that ship again. Back I spent the rhyme. Now where everybody is coming into the lunch room and they heard nothing. They go crazy, so crazy that security had to run upstairs because it was you know, you know, screaming. Yeah,

so security runs upstairs. What's going on or whatever the case, I'm rhyming or whatever. Everybody going crazy? No lie, So um, they said, everybody going go inside, go inside. The security guard that was there ready right, so everybody going inside. So I walk off. He go yo, she was fired. He looked away, he dapped me fired or whatever. So I don't I don't remember. We're not one word. I knew what it was. I got a little potato script. Yeah, that's Kate potato script. What school did you go to?

The watching to Urban Okay High School, because you know sometimes they'd be like with the numbers like this for seven. Oh yeah you no, no, no no. I went to Washington Irvan High School, which is like right by four Team Street and Union Square, Like it's right there with Urban Plaza. Is that where a lot of big concert star went out, like right of course Street Manhattan all the way downtown Manhattan.

So um, that day is what started me happen. I had to give that story first till you can know what really led me into battle rapping, that created the that created a battle rap field. This is the last question before we get to the So you wrote the rap the day before you spit it. Yes, that's mind blowing to me. Yes, it took me along. It takes me long time to memorize my wraps and less. It's like, you know what we do on Wild South, like a little bar here and there, but sixteen bars. But let

me ask you something. I mean, no, lie like I'm I'm truly blessed to come up with, you know the stuff that I come up with, extremely blessed in that in that way? Do you you don't? Do you like rap all the time? That's the thing that would help me, right, because I never wrote a round again after that those

four pages. What happened was so after I wrote those four pages, um, I literally started like lyrical exercising train just start something off and I keep saying it to my I'll be like, ena ugly and I'll just keep saying na ugly until I come up with the next line. I just keep saying that, and that's when I come up with the next line. So a lyrical exercise all the time. So even on the show when you'd be like, how do you do that? It's crazy me and you

chill all the time. Right, I'll bother you and be like right now, but it helps you to keep it does. So what happens is now you're an animal in your shop. So now you start robbing phone with don chrome, dorm home room. You know what I'm saying, V ME, T C D. Everything just start like flowing. It's your second nature. Your words connect on its own. To know, as a battle rapper like myself, you have to know, like what is your what is your record? Yeah? What's my record?

How many have you won? Oh? God, there's so many? Right? Be like I am not in Like I'm like Tanning Old. What's your what's what's your biggest battle yet? The biggest one? When she called me out, I went to her trailer, not do I said, I want it done right now? And really, I said, I said before we did, I said papoos like, I notice is made far fetch, but I need thirty thirty. Yeah, she said I don't even

want your money. I said I want shorts. So she said, hey yo, And then I said, I like her fucking style. So you tend to for you? Who did you batter? Did you ever lose? Um? Yeah? Yeah, here's the thing. How did that make you feel? Like? How was that experience? All right? So alright, what's your record? What's your because I wanted back twenty and old. But listen, right, there's

the thing. So we're gonna tie this into each other. Right, So then this is why up you said when you wanted to know when at first battle and you asked, what was my wreck? You know, did I have to lose? I'll tell you it's funny. My first ever battle that I had rest in peace, my brother Fred to God's son Fred. It is one of the best dudes to ever rap in the history of life. Battle rap, it doesn't matter what it is. Um. Yeah, he was a battle rapper and turned into an artist and started making

major moves and everything. Unfortunately COVID took his life. That was a big That was a big moment. Yeah. Yeah, so right, so I bring that up because so mind you. Now I learned how to rhyme. Now now I'm nice. Right now, I'm nice, I'm good, I'm great at everything. So one day, right, um, J Mills and J R. Ryder is battling on my block. Right, they get into an argument. So now I'm you know, I'm a civilian. I'm just chilling, regular on their hoods chilling. So they

get into an argument. They start argument, the battle stops. All I hear is nigger. I ain't know what we got. We got clips? Oh my god, got clips. Now. Mind you, I've never battled before. I just was doing ciphers like school when I literally was just doing ciphers. So it just was who was the best in the cipher. We're not battling. We just when people call you out, it's now I'm like, what it is? Man? You know I

got it? So the next thing you know, oh, I know it's the bronx nigger said, that's who you got back. They parted like most they parted. They all parted. You're just saying a big dude, a fat dude coming started bouncing. I was like, it was like I wasn't he was just bouncing. Fred was just like he walked up. He was like, what's that? How you done? And had the lightest voice in the world, most polite man you could ever meet. What's up? How you doing? Now? About the battle?

You you know, how you're yeah? Like what He's like, He's like, what's up? Man? How you doing? I'm like this this this this light voice about to kill this thing. You know in my mind, my mind, I never battle, So I go to rhyme or whatever. Right, I spent sixteen bars. I'm thinking this as the standard. They're like more like eight bars. Right, so bom bom bom bom bom bom boom. He tells me some some of the craziest stuff you can ever hear. He hit me with

the bars. So now it's like round three four. So in that situation, is it more freest hours? This stuff you're already having your mind, you already have it, especially back then. I don't know what I'm saying. Y'all didn't know, of course. If I know construction, you got your same eight, you got your same Yeah, we're recycling to the point your niggas behind you as the group put them back, bring it back out behind or whatnot? Right, so they

all hyping. Everybody knew your rhymes if they've seen you battle multiple you're spitting the same. You can hold the mic out and finish. Okay, okay, so um, there's only two words said. It shouldn't have been difficult. But anyway, so I love you. But remember one. So here's the thing. Right, So, so Fred is going crazy. So now we probably like into like the fourth rhyme. So I'm like, come on, thank okay, you know what, dude is rapping longer than

you put two sixteens together. You know, what I mean. If you can't but mind you get put to sixteens together. But the thing was I didn't have a lot of rhymes because I wasn't battling like this was just me naturally having rhymes that I just had in my head. So long story short, when the battle was over, the respect that I got from the from the from the hood terms of rapping and Fred himself because what I what I did was every time I spit around, I just was like, I was like, Yo, this is my

first time because I was just so excited. I didn't know what's going on, and I'm like, Yo, this is my first time battling. Like his words was, well, wait, wait, wait, this is your first time battling. I said yeah. He said, Yo, do me a favor. Do not ever quit. I swear on everything I love. If you continue rapping, you will be the best battle rapp of the world has ever seen. This my first time battle rapping. He kept introducing me

all night to his people. Every time he went to somebody else, he'd be like, come in, come, come and come. You know this, Charlie Clips. I'm telling y'all now he's gonna be that dude. And it was like ever since then it was like, yo, I'm here, I'm here. That was in the beautiful part about it. I didn't just lose to One of the best lyricsis ever I lost my brother brother. You know what I mean? You know what I'm saying almost like a mentor. If I had a chance to lose to anybody my first ever battle,

it would be him. Because you can lose your first battle, your confidence can go out the window. If I if I had got my ass kicked that night and just felt like, well that's it now, right um, But but he just kept going, like you dog, I swear for him to be that great until you you're great. He almost didn't believe that because the bars I was spending was so crazy. He didn't believe it. Like you can see, he kept saying, you are you sure this is your first like you ain't got a lot of me, bro.

I'm like, bro, this is my first time battling ever and it just from there. So that is a lost one of them that I always will take because that gave me a wind for life situation. And then now in battle rap to answer your questions about losing and stuff, it's all subjective it's all like opinion opinionated. It doesn't, it's it's no truth, like all right. That's how when you get your ass whips, you can get your ass whipping feel like like I lost that one, or I

know I did. So you have um you have quite a few where you have people say I lost, and it is literally That's why a lot of people was mad at me, because it was never in defeat of I went hard and lost. It was always I didn't have around. I styed everything on on a big stage platform. So people would be mad, like, yo, you you know what I'm saying. But I tell people like, when you're an entertainer, you get looked at in a different way, you know, and sometimes you have to grow into a

spot where you don't really know the power you possess. Sometimes, so when you play around, I'm playing around for me not knowing I'm affecting others that you don't know that. And and I laugh and I go to them, I go, let me ask you something. How long have you been at your job? Somebody might I've been there for three years. Yeah, you've been on time all three Did you did your friend not punch you in for you just work a

different job. You get what I'm saying, but you have to get time off and you have played around and then give it a hundred. You know on tempest, have you ever battled hit Man or both of them? Be both of them? What Beth of there talking about in a real beat? Really? Now they are for real, for real. They are both close enough battles to where you really can honestly pick whoever you feel. Nobody got washed, like

it was closer, it was, it was closer. It was close enough battles right to where you can you can determine who you think want. But like we can look this up on the internet. Yeah, Charlie Versus can see that. Man, I'm watching tonight. But if you want to, if you want the funniest moment of battle rap history to me, go to hit Man. Versus can see it and go to the third round. Then when they when they see that, they gonna die laughing. Go to the third round. The

third round is so funny. Like these things supposed to be friends and often just before you'll was friends. We was, yeah, we was. Yeah. A matter of fact, con that fact, they both might have been at that time. They both might have been at that time. I'm not mistaken if hit Man they make it yett to think like that label, but what it was was con and hit Man both got booed in that round, right, both stinky stinky, both stinky,

both getting boo boo or whatever. Right, So they start talking like they started going, yeah, I told you this ship wasn't gonna work. Man, But there you're battling, but they're having a conversation and like I told you this ship wasn't gonna work. So that's when everybody, I can't wait to see they playing this what's going wrong while they talking? So that is funny. So if you ask our record, me and hit Man thinks we both beat the ship out of car so cold is last place

now it's out of first place. To beat me a hit man, I feel like i'd be hit me. Hitman feel like he beat me, but Hitman feel like he beat Calm. I feel like i'd beat cancer. There's your common you know what I mean? Actua? Who want like the people? What did they say? It's back and it's back and forth. It's back and forth. To be honest with you, when they when they well, when they come on in an we're talking about were don't let him say he will say he beat dogs it out of me.

He gonna say he killed hit Man just as well. All three of us is gonna keep saying that. It's so intriguing to me, it's so genius to me, it's so clever, witty. Thank you. But I'm doing against them, yeah, definitely, And if you I'm like, yeah, that was definitely a clever vibe. I mean, I speak so highly of Clips

to the point where it's insane. Like you've helped me so much in so many ways with you know, down to the games on Wilding Now and even outside of wild Now, how we'll talk when I wanted just about just things going on in life. Encourage me, you know, and you talk to me because I think, like you said, you've battled your brother. He's no longer here, Freddie, but you really like leave a mark in people's heart, you know, a place, and because you're definitely every time, like I'm

always like Clips, Clips, Clips. You know, if I don't bother you, then it's a problem with I always make my way to that little arm right there and make my way going up that sleeve just to bother you. So just thank you so much for all with you, just to let you know, like vice versa or both, that we all have. Yeah, I was just about to be like I'm waiting for it. You know, since you're you're again you're big in the battle rap, you know, um era and again walling out. So what's next? I mean,

I know you do music outside of that. I know I've always said that in my mind like a motivational speaker. I mean, you come from Harlem, so you know there's a lot of um centers where kids need someone to look to, Like, So what's next for you? And how did you get to while On out? Yeah? How did you get? How did you get to wild On? Let's start there. First, Um, I took spirit and then I don't have some spirit, I said, spit have to be anywhere under two hours. Don't be afraid of spirit. To

get the big seat in the front. Yeah, the first little first class five dollars to check your bag as a thousand. I do the Southwest. I can't stand something, but I get on Southwest. South Southwest is like I messed with Southwest. But Southwest is like a college, like a college class like you sitverever. I don't get I hated. It's so unorganized. They give you two back to free. So a lot of people be calm. But I'm all joking aside, right that story. I love that story. Uh

saluted now you know we all love so much. Executive producer extraordinare literally the chance we was. Me and him had a great talk about that, and um that's how it happens. So I'm in London about to perform. Okay, so I'm an Africa performing for you know, I'm in London about to perform. Now you know that you know the five hours at a time. You know, he used to standard time, so it's about I want to say, maybe one two in the morning. So this is when I used to be on Twitter, so I used to

have my notifications on so him. So I'm like, okay, you know what i mean, maybe a little little London action you know what I'm staying, little little London accent d M from Nick Cannon. Uh must be a blast, you know for the show and everybody going in the d M and it just says you ready, I'm like what hell, yeah, I'm ready just to see, like we go. Maybe what I don't like the way you clean up on stage I don't know. So he's like, he's like, yo, are you ready? So I'm like, let me see something.

I'm like yeah, I'm like hell yeah, I'm ready. He's like, bad, let's go. Um, you're gonna get an email my assistant that I gonna hit you sooner. Right. So I'm like, oh, ship, this might not get funny. So I'm like, oh, this is little. I'm like, okay, now mind you it's it's funny. So before that, right, I used to tell con because see there was the first one out of us in the battle rap word to make it on this I used to say, your con you on this show? Like

what you're really doing? You think being on it with you don't? Like. I'm like that's some goofy. I'm like, come on man, but this is how we joke. Yeah. I'm like, yo, man, get out of here. Nobody cares. He dyed, laughing. He's like, yo, and I bet you if they ever called you so thirsty. So you know me, I'm like, let me tell you something getting money that so soon Nick wrote me with my money in I'm getting anytime. That's a pretty big day. So so so nick Um did that at the DM He said, Yo,

be on the lookout. Assistant gonna hit you now his way getting funny again, right, so you know who I have to call you be telling the whole town ain't ship. I'm hearing what you spent you getting killed on the show. You trash. I'll never come up there all of that, right, messing with him or whatever. So I gotta call him now yo, um con yo, you're playing with me because I'm thinking because we played jokes now, it was taken a while for that assistant that hit me was taken.

So when he said your assistant will hit you know what I'm thinking in a couple of days, hit like two weeks or now. I'm feeling like that got me, man, like your can please bro out of all the jokes we do pay you don't do this, but if you did, I have to shake your hand. This one was amazing. He so um, he goes, I would never ever do that, like you're not. I will never do something like that. You sound just like him, and he tried to. He called on like, I ain't gonna lie with me. It

was me. It was me. I said, no, it's too late. You should have claimed that, Joe. You could have had me or whatever, and then it was like shortly after um, Nick did um, I Shelby actually wrote me and then that's how I ended up on here, which led me to I call it the Rebirth Season eight because you know, uh, MTV two, they took the break and everything. They took that little break right, and now it's time to get the fans back. But this time we was going to

MTV just time. So now my debut is on MTV straight MTV, so you know, we all excited, we all hyped, and it was like the rebirth. So when I come to notw his was funny. I was your designator battle rapper. Like that's why it's so funny, Like like the position I'm in now on the show. You know what I mean to help create, to to do the games. When they first brought me here, you can tell Nick just love me and now just love me for that battle

rap you know how, Now go your a job. He didn't tell me that, but I know that's what it's like, because yeah, and get the fun right, so um so boom. So now I'm in working out now. They wanted me to come like a week or two after workshop, which which made me realize I was supposed to just get my hotel, look at the show and just jump in wild Staff. All I know is I get another email saying, you know what, come to the workshop. You know what I mean. I go to the workshop. So I'm in there.

So we're in l A. So I meet. Now I meet, and it's so dope to see that they were like appreciate of me, like being there. What I'm saying, I didn't meet the chicos and the loss and the d c's and stuff before that, you know what I'm saying. So to get to see them and just to see how everybody welcome you with his love and family. So what happened was so now I'm there, so you know, now don't know this other side of me, right, So boom, he goes, Clips, I see you hiding, Get in there.

Get in there. So I'm like, okay, I heard that many times, jumping go crazy the whole room laughing. Next game, you motherfucker's want to hide? Clips, get in there? Hey, this was this was this nine intent. We came to New York. I'm like, ok so, now let's like get

in there. Came to kill, it came three killing. Get in there, came four killing we all know what Game five was style and Nick just happened to come by for and you could tell it was such a baddle rap field for Nick that Nick came specifically that day for the w and he was like, he was like Con and yeah, what you're gonna do? Man here? And I went crazy that day just as well. So now said hold up, we gotta fucking triple threat. This motherfucker

can do everything. And it's like, you know what I mean? They just became family since And that is my story all the way from Nick d M and me while I'm in London to me thinking Con was playing the prank for a hot second and you can because you could do anything right TV for you commercials, eating chips, burgers, fries, anything, I mean, battle rapping, like you know what this this is my This is honestly my time. And and and to bring it back to the question when you was

asking me like what is stuff? No no, no no no that if you if you if you don't know, sometimes that's what you're doing. You don't because sometimes you don't know you get what I'm saying. But what I will say about that is this is the time for me to grow how I like always look at it like I could say, like I should have did this, I should have did that. But what if I did something that caused a ripple effective situation and I wouldn't

have been here? Let it be. But now is the time to start taking over and to start, like you know, really working, like, stop the procrastination, stop being comfortable being spoil you man, Like God handed me so much, I became spoil you because I literally bumped into opportunities like all the time, and situations like I'll be chilling and just get a email out of nowhere. We want to pay you X amount of dollars to do this. Spirit

though people say, oh you work so hard. You work, Yes you're talented, Yes you work hard, but your impression you leave on people get you opportunities, relationship carry your character. Character, character has to speak values like it like your character has to be like you have to have a dope, dope dope. If you don't have that energy of that vibe. And even if the blessings come there be tainted. Get what I'm saying. So, so now is my time to really step up. So like even this year, I never

probably did this many while styles and create. You know what I'm saying, Like like I'm coming up with what you know, my you know, New games ain't gonna mention that, but New Games they got that, so dope, I'm coming up with my own questions. I'm doing things just to

be different and take that step. So even this year for me, just like right literally even though your ninth ninth, Yeah, so you know pretty much you know what's next, Like everything, everything possible, everything, everything that includes God is next, you know what I'm saying. So I'm just on the mission, and I'm serious. You know, I'm about to really like work on my music. You know what I'm saying. Don't

for give you? And I also know too, you know I'm gonna be calling you because I already told you, like we'll be built building, were be building these moments here and then outside we go. We all go to our separate lives. And I'm good at keeping relationships people, I'm good at checking in like randomly, I'm good at just sending stuff. But i want our relayship to even get stronger because I here's such a great person and so longevity reads all around you. So you know, clips

in the building. But right now. We won't put them up camera clips, and I want you to do a lot of hot sixty hot right pretty style. Let you go in a while. And now we got Crystal Breeze over there taking a quick little break. We got be samone pretty v You know he came up hundred million us right now in the building. When I'm giving you a tweet, who's he battling me? And the one never laxed? Okay, do yours first. You know you're gonna do sixteen. You

can do too. I can do like ton, but I want him to end it talking about us, the woman of the podcast, and how it was all right, check it. You want to do the baseline the Beata Joe, let's kidding, Thanks, thank it's no rush Joe, Joe, Charlie Cooks on the show. That's my bro, go head to toe, kiss my flown on the mat and we could get the kiss. Yeah. I like a spell and that's on Zack. Yeah, I like your rhymes. Think you know how I goes pretty big, Yes, and I run this fucking show. I love you, Charlie,

I love you, damn. And then he niked gotta. I'm telling you what but because you don't know this girl. This girl never rhyme that much in one sittings, you know. But you know the songs on iTunes with Brown's producer Jersey that was written, no music is blown away. You hear that. Now? You went from what I see, what I see, what it looked like that to that. Now, Charlie clips, let's get it. You gotta get clip get. We didn't even get him a beat. He gonna do

the ship. I cappella, take your time, I said, uh, Season sixteen, COVID striped or struck stripe, whatever the fun. All I know is I kept at a buck, never was down on my luck. Nick holloed at me in London five hours ahead. I was stuck. I knew I would make the show one day, even though I hate calm guts. But now I'm sitting here and COVID trying to take us out to give us a crazy call that says for the Hot sixteen, it's gonna be hot no matter what, because the a c all. But this

is what I do. You know, me and I'll be chilling be with pretty V and word on the street and she got a pretty Now let's not talk about it because that's my sister. Just leave the show and I'm a missing psycholge. I'm going disser. No, I'm just joking. I'm just joking. Check my instant. I just met you. Listen to saing as like case. Probably take a little step, you know, throw it on the waist, throwing on the waistline. You said, play the baseline on Lebron On the baseline, at three, but I don't waste time. I know you said spit

the six team, but I had to go more. I know you feel like Clips me and I had to flow bore. Funny part about I introduced it to a brochure me the one time I might take on a whole tour nigga kind of tie. So I sleep. I hope I don't snore. Feeling like a lion in this game. I hope I don't wrong. I know y'all thinking like, hold on, Tallie, I want more. If you want that, you gotta catch me on the fourth floor. Real freestyle. You heard it first, ye telling y'all people watch that

We're gonna work on that everyday. I love it and crazy, But what's so crazy about all of this? That's the ship I wrote him last Crazy, That's what I'm talking about. It's like this is like my favorite episode. How did you do that? I'm just blessed. I can't be able to tell you thank you. I really don't. Your mind makes it all before it hits your mouth. My mouth start going before I think about my mind. It's like I've been around being a too long one because I used to a free sell. A little bit will rubb because now every day I wake up, I go money and eat money. Charlie, thank you so much for joining us. Anything that you want to say, any affirmations and quote

And I just want to say, thank you, um Father God forgiving us you know, the

I'm sorry, I just I can't look at somebody do that and not be

blown away. But I find that I just met him and like already feeling that you know, you guys seen a lot of time with him on the cost and stuff, and me being able to like get to know the real him, his back story, like feeling his energy right next to me. And then when he listen, I was almost like, what, I love the crystal part. Then I was also I love how he's always incorporating God, because

that's the biggest thing. Like when you had that around you and your coverage, you're covered and you can go so far. That's it. And you do a lot of wrapping yourself though, be I mean when you're in the car and you used to do the wrapping, you like that. You wasn't like, all, Let'm doing it again, like you would get on everyone's tape write and then I'm saying,

I gotta gotta go back. I gotta get back to getting freestyle like that though, do my wild style stuff, but I write my ship okay, yeah, but you re memorize it. That swayship was Chris, Oh my god. Sway was one of the scariest nights of my life and it was great. I email Sway, I need to get on that and said take your time and rite.
