I'm not lying when I say that my journey as a coach and practitioner is ever-evolving. Thinking back on the strong views I had toward the beginning and comparing them to the (also strong) views I have now, there has been quite a bit of growth. This episode is an exploration of what I used to think vs. what I think now when it comes to six different health & fitness areas:
