Lectio Divina - Week 1

Lectio Divina is a Latin phrase that translates to divine word. It’s a form of scripture reading that seeks to take people beyond studying scriptures to experiencing the living word of God. This process, has been likened to "feasting on the Word": first, the taking of a bite (lectio); then chewing on it (meditatio); savoring its essence (oratio) and, finally, "digesting" it and making it a part of the body (contemplatio).
