Aleena is one of the co-hosts of Move Your Brain Move Your Body. On today's episode, Meghan interviews Aleena so you can learn a bit about her life and what she has been going through the last 6 months. Aleena is a Certified Athletic Trainer, NASM Personal Trainer, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, Kinstretch Instructor, Postural Restoration Institute trained, and a Precision Nutrition coach. Aleena lives in Queens, NY and works one on one with clients to help them improve their movement patterns while decreasing any pain. She works primarily in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Long Island.
