Sam Wallace - you might know his wife

A word of warning that from about minute 35 this podcast is not suited to small ears!!! Getting Sam on the pod has been something we've wanted to do for a while. Sam is quite easily - in our view - one of our favourite Dads. You might know Sam's face from the tele - the Travelling Weatherman, Celebrity Treasure Island, Police Ten7 and so on - and your ear holes may also find his voice familiar, what with his role in presenting the Coast Breakfast radio, 5 days every week. Husband to Sarah (adore), father to three and now a before and after pic sensation / dad bod no longer, today we chat to Sam about dad life, the life of an entertainer, the juggle, and his recent physical transformation - what got him there, what's changed, and why he's rocking the best version of himself across all facets of life.
