November & December challenges, carpet moths & sinking bots

A last minute tech malfunction sees just Jess and Char on the pod today. It's always a weird feeling when we don't have Leece with us; a weird sort of pressure to have good chat for the fear of missing the sparkly energy at the helm. Some things are just better when they come in a three, you know!?!? Women supporting women and all that.
