Dance has been an important part of ceremony, rituals, celebrations and entertainment since before the birth of the earliest human civilizations. Many dances of the early periods were performed as a ritual to the Gods who ancestors believed needed to be kept entertained for world peace. Dancing today is still used for many of those types of expressions.
Dance has been used many times in film, and Disney has produced tons of iconic dancing moments. You have the timeless dance between Bell and the Beast, to Wall-E showing his love for EVE by spinning around in space. These classic scenes have been in our lives for many years and will continue to bring us enjoyment over time.
