Briley Brothers Gang

The three Briley brothers along with their teenage accomplice Duncan Meekins terrorized Richmond, VA in 1979-a killing spree that resulted in at least 11 deaths. The reign of terror slipped under law enforcement radar for nearly a year because of the randomness of the crimes. No specific group was targeted as the Briley gang targeted all races and socio-economic classes of people. They seemed to relish in the heinous killings escalating with each murder.
