'Joe Tom' Ledford was a friend to many, a husband to Gail, a father to his sons Dane and Mark. His grandchildren loved him and on September 10, 2017 his family, friends and church gathered to celebrate his life.
This service was held at the First Presbyterian Church of Harlan during the 10:45am regular Sunday worship hour. The church choir provided special music and church pastor, Rev Tim H Mills presided over the service.
