In the Book of Jeremiah the Lord himself make a covenant with David. In Luke Jesus gives both encouragement for we Christians to be on the look out for His return.

What do you do with things that are broken?

Revelation chapter 1 sets the stage for why God deals with broken things differently than we do. John chapter 18 tells the story of a conversation between Pilate and Jesus. Do you know how many Old Testament laws there are? 613 is the answer. Jesus came to earth to be our sacrifice for sin. He is was both the High Priest and the Sacrifice. Which law of Jesus do you obey? Only you can answer. Jesus was clear in Mark 12: which law was important.
