This is a celebration memorial service for Roellen Carnes Stoerr who was born at Dewitt, Ky on Stinking Creek in Knox County. Her memorial service was conducted at her family cemetery named Binghamtown Cemetery. Her remains are now beside her husband Raymond. Her legacy descriptive was love, education and generosity in her obituary. Rev Tim H Mills added history to that legacy and used “Roe’s” own words to memorialize her life here among us.
