24. My wake-up call

If you have been busy burning the candle at both ends and telling yourself you just can’t stop, this is absolutely something you need to tune into.
In this episode, I am sharing a very personal experience of a medical emergency that saw me in hospital for days, and sick for weeks. It was the universe’s way of making me slow down. I had that nervy stomach feeling that told me something was wrong, I just chose to power on, and I suffered for it.
I’m sharing my own lessons about slowing down, listening to your body, and looking after yourself so you can continue to live your best life.
