This week, I catch up with rural mum Audrey Doyle. Audrey is 85 years old, but that hasn't stopped her from living an independent life on the land Audrey's husband passed away five years ago, but she's still on their farm, on the quad bike everyday, with her trusty sidekick Pedro by her side.
