Episode 23: Colleen Angus

This week, I catch up with rural mum Colleen Angus from Queensland. Colleen's journey has been full of love and unimaginable loss. Life on the land began as the perfect love story with her husband Luke, but their world soon crumbled. Luke suffered a seizure on the farm one day, completely out of the blue. It turned out to be a brain tumour which would eventually take his life.Colleen and her late husband have two beautiful boys. Her journey as a rural mum has been powerfully tragic and inspiring at the same time. Through it all, her youngest son has also been battling a rare and complicated disease. Her strength is unbelievable. While her story is heart-wrenching, there is a silver lining, with Colleen sharing her journey of healing and finding love again.This is her story.
