Now that I’ve been recording, editing, and publishing these episodes for so long (by the time this comes out it’ll have been over a year of podcasting! WHAT?!) I’ve seen all kinds of different formats. Some hosts limit their interviews to a set amount of time, but I’ve realized that just doesn’t work for our stories. We have too much to share and too much to dissect. So you’re looking at another two-parter episode this week and next. Emily’s story is one that is rare and one that many of you might not fully be able to relate to. But I do know that many of you will find her vulnerability and honesty refreshing as we talk through her story. So today you’ll hear the first half and then the second half next week.
