Matthew Perry before the autopsy. Whenever an autopsy is done, we try to find out as much information as we can before we open the body. We know he was a fifty four year old man. He was obese, five foot eight and two hundred and sixteen pounds or eleven centimeters or ninety eight kilograms, which is a BMI of thirty one. He had a long history of smoking two packs of cigarette a day and had COPD andmphysima as
a result. He had a history of drug and alcohol abuse that resulted in multiple hospitalizations and n multiple abdominal surgeries. He was currently under the treatment for his opioid addiction as well as depression and anxiety. Although he had a history of depression, he did not have a history of suicidal ideations or past suicide attempts, the findings that autopsies should correlate with his medical history.
