Y'all. I had no idea how lucky I was about to be with this week's episode. I went to my friend's house to learn how to decorate cakes and ended up meeting one of the coolest people! Jason Gonzalez is on the podcast this week, a Buffalo transplant from New Jersey (most recently), who was a professional dancer for 25 years and then changed careers through culinary school becoming a professional baker and caterer! But legit he danced with Ludacris, and Pretty Ricky among other incredible performers, AND he has been on not one but two Food Network food competitions.
