#17. My New Year's goal planning ritual

We're nearly there y'all. We are nearly out of 2022. And boy is she trying to end on an especially challenging note 😳. In this episode, I share what I do to mark the end of the year and the start of a new one.
Important note: there is no golden system or method to setting, being consistent with, and achieving your goals. What works for me might not work for you. Take whatever you hear that resonates with you and make it yours! We're Mostly All Figured Out together.
