An exploration of the role of Indian soldiers both in theatres of war during World War One and within Hampshire during this time. The Memorial to Indian soldiers at Barton was the first of its kind unveiled anywhere in Britain. In this episode, I also reflect on recognising diversity through remembrance and how this can strengthen our communities today.
