[SPEAKER_00]: Hello, good morning, and welcome back, or welcome to Morning Ray, I'm your host, Lana, or Lana, and today's episode is our fall reset episode. [SPEAKER_00]: I almost didn't think I was going to be able to record. [SPEAKER_00]: My memory card was being weird. [SPEAKER_00]: It didn't want to click into my Zoom quarter. [SPEAKER_00]: It was a really weird chain of emotions.
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, well, I didn't think I was going to record because I [SPEAKER_00]: I was going to take a break, I had a lot of work, a lot of things going on this week. [SPEAKER_00]: And as you guys know, I've been trying to balance navigate juggle all of that. [SPEAKER_00]: And then I decided I was going to record because I had extra time before I had over to watch the bill's game with my boyfriend.
[SPEAKER_00]: But no, then I tried as like I'm just going to try but this memory card into the device one more time because I noticed the corner had kind of broken off. [SPEAKER_00]: and it wasn't clicking in. [SPEAKER_00]: And then I tried one more time. [SPEAKER_00]: You guys are probably like a land I don't give a fuck. [SPEAKER_00]: But then I tried one more time and it worked. [SPEAKER_00]: So here we are. [SPEAKER_00]: Here we are recording my favorite kinds of episodes to record.
[SPEAKER_00]: You guys know I have two favorites. [SPEAKER_00]: There are my seasonal reset episodes which how the fuck are we already on our fall reset. [SPEAKER_00]: I swear we just recorded our summer reset episode like what the hell?
[SPEAKER_00]: And my Askland advice calms, so you're lucky, you get two of my favorite episodes to your favorite episodes based on how they always perform, how many of you guys listen to it, and so I'm really excited, we're going to get into our mindsets, our habits, our routines, my faves for fall, what I'm vibing with for fall, what I'm going to be wearing, using, doing, et cetera.
[SPEAKER_00]: So, I'm going to be going to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best to do my best
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's do a little life update. [SPEAKER_00]: Today, I had my Hogwarts sweat event our first one of the fall season. [SPEAKER_00]: I guess it's technically so summer, but it's fallen in my mind. [SPEAKER_00]: It's a little chilly here in Toronto. [SPEAKER_00]: And so we had that this morning. [SPEAKER_00]: It went amazingly well. [SPEAKER_00]: I had so much fun.
[SPEAKER_00]: It was... [SPEAKER_00]: The biggest event, the biggest class that I ever taught, we did Pilates, Matt Pilates, on the rooftop at East Room. [SPEAKER_00]: It was beautiful. [SPEAKER_00]: It was sunny. [SPEAKER_00]: The weather was fabulous. [SPEAKER_00]: I loved the playlist that I put together, just good vibes like new Justin Bieber. [SPEAKER_00]: His swag too, album so good, new Sabrina Carpenter.
[SPEAKER_00]: a little Olivia Dean, some tape my gray, all the good stuff, just really good vibes. [SPEAKER_00]: I had some of my friends there as well, which I always love seeing a familiar face. [SPEAKER_00]: I saw a lot of familiar faces with you guys, some of you coming back time and time again, two of you, if you're listening to this episode, came in from Montreal, which is crazy.
[SPEAKER_00]: I literally almost cried when you guys told me that that is just insane to me like that's a six hour train ride you are incredible what the fuck also I'm swearing so much in the beginning of this episode I'm so sorry that the same time not really I went to Morgan Wallen on Friday night [SPEAKER_00]: I swear I'm on a manifestation. [SPEAKER_00]: I keep putting things out into the universe being open-minded, practicing a lot of gratitude and things keep happening.
[SPEAKER_00]: I went to Morgan Wall and it was so good. [SPEAKER_00]: I definitely love all his all of his music. [SPEAKER_00]: I cannot get [SPEAKER_00]: thank you. [SPEAKER_00]: On my head he literally says that after every single song it was kind of funny the more he did it, but had a really good time. [SPEAKER_00]: My boyfriend just added to give me a cut water, which he knows, you know, I think I've spoken about this on the podcast. [SPEAKER_00]: There's something about cut waters.
[SPEAKER_00]: There is something in them. [SPEAKER_00]: I will literally have half one and be gone. [SPEAKER_00]: He was like, I saw the light disappear from your eyes and I was like, that is enough cut waters for you. [SPEAKER_00]: Um, but cut water is can be fun. [SPEAKER_00]: They can be a little dangerous though. [SPEAKER_00]: I really do want to try the lemon drop ones.
[SPEAKER_00]: I never had four locals, but all my friends are like, they're like four locals and how they were before they kind of got banned. [SPEAKER_00]: So, I mean, a cut water is effective, you know? [SPEAKER_00]: And anyways, let's get into the bulk of the episode. [SPEAKER_00]: I want to occur in faves because that will kind of be my fall essentials at the end. [SPEAKER_00]: But, oh, before we got into it actually, [SPEAKER_00]: I'm one month out from Hirox.
[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, today is actually less than one month because I'm competing October 5th. [SPEAKER_00]: I started training last week. [SPEAKER_00]: I should have started training two months ago, but it's fine. [SPEAKER_00]: We're fine. [SPEAKER_00]: We're doing great. [SPEAKER_00]: I've been doing this is kind of like what my training plan is and I'll talk about it a little bit more later.
[SPEAKER_00]: The hyerox classes at Swenantonic running, following running plan 4 hyerox on the run-up, and then just uping my weights in the strength and the resistance on the reformer when I'm doing Pilates especially upper body. [SPEAKER_00]: and boxing. [SPEAKER_00]: So that's kind of like my training, Regime, I'm a little bit nervous for high rocks, but I feel a bit better after doing the high rocks class at Sudden Tonic.
[SPEAKER_00]: I feel a bit more confident, a bit more capable and less intimidated and scared. [SPEAKER_00]: but still very much, feeling those feelings. [SPEAKER_00]: If you have any tips tricks, if you've done hierarchs, if you're training for hierarchs, I'd love to hear more. [SPEAKER_00]: And if you have a chorus, I'd love to know what you track. [SPEAKER_00]: You're a tri-rock straining as in like what you used to track it. [SPEAKER_00]: Day of, I did Jim Cardio.
[SPEAKER_00]: My friend Lauren said she did strength, but I'm not really sure. [SPEAKER_00]: Google said to you, multi-sport mode, and then you can change it for each station, but that seems a little bit tedious, and I don't want to be touching my watch a million times throughout my competition. [SPEAKER_00]: So let me know if you know which kind of mode to put it on. [SPEAKER_00]: I have the Corros Paste 3 if that changes your opinion or thoughts or advice. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, mind sets.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I've been on tunnel vision with work since March. [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like I've really prioritized my career. [SPEAKER_00]: I've really prioritized teaching with Pilates and my content and all that, but I feel like definitely in the summer. [SPEAKER_00]: Even though I was grinding, I was also still very much prioritizing.
[SPEAKER_00]: Being social and spontaneous and saying yes to plants and I still do want to carry that into the fall But with a larger priority on work and just getting a bit more specific with what I want to be focusing on my strategy in doing so and Where I'm putting my time and energy really just prioritizing routine structure and career. [SPEAKER_00]: We're entering Q4 or I think we're technically in Q4. [SPEAKER_00]: I could be wrong.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm really not a corporate girl anymore [SPEAKER_00]: Um, but thinking about like, how do we want to finish off 2025? [SPEAKER_00]: You know, it's September. [SPEAKER_00]: We have four months left of the year. [SPEAKER_00]: How do we want to finish off feeling what else do we want to accomplish? [SPEAKER_00]: What do we want to work towards? [SPEAKER_00]: How do we want to set the tone to enter into 2026, which is crazy?
[SPEAKER_00]: With that, I think going at tunnel vision on our goals instead of [SPEAKER_00]: I might as well just wait until the new year to work on my goals and reset and whatever. [SPEAKER_00]: I kind of love to use September as like the beginning of a year. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if it's because school always started in September and that always felt like a fresh new start and new beginner and it still kind of feels that way very much. [SPEAKER_00]: to me.
[SPEAKER_00]: So, I love looking at my vision board. [SPEAKER_00]: It's always my desktop screen saver. [SPEAKER_00]: I love looking at the list of goals I've written out for myself and kind of just taking inventory, if you will, looking at what have I completed because I think it's important to take a moment to pause to acknowledge all the work that you have done, things that you have accomplished, things that you have worked through, work towards et cetera.
[SPEAKER_00]: And then taking note of the things that are currently [SPEAKER_00]: maybe items that we have forgotten about or haven't locked into yet and then creating a game plan based off of where we're at and maybe if there are new goals it's always okay to add new goals that's why I love having an active vision board for the year on Pinterest you guys know I love Pinterest it truly is my my bread and butter I love her so much but really just like get
[SPEAKER_00]: Strategic got really specific and create a strategy for yourself on how you want to accomplish whatever goals it is. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe there's one specific goal that you really want to hone in on for the next four months and really focus on perfecting and selling at or maybe there's a few or maybe there's a few that you really want to get the ball rolling on. [SPEAKER_00]: So that in early 2026 mid 2026 you're able to cross it off and say that you have accomplished it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Another mindset that I have really been embodying lately and I'm going to continue to bring this into fall 2025, but that is meeting people where they're at, not expecting yourself from others, not expecting every single person that is in your life, whether it's a friend, a family member, a partner, [SPEAKER_00]: A colleague who ever is to be everything and anything for you, you're going to have specific people that are for specific things.
[SPEAKER_00]: For example, you may have a friend or a group of friends that are great for going out and partying and having fun or you have your friends that you grab a coffee with every now and again, but you're not.
[SPEAKER_00]: super close, you're not in contact every single day, every single week, every now and again you meet up, you reconnect, you give updates on your life, that's kind of where you're at or you have your friends that you work out with and you do work out classes with or maybe your friends that you go to a co-working space and sit and have a work date together or maybe you have your friend that you can really have really deep emotional conversations with.
[SPEAKER_00]: What I mean when I say meeting people where they're at, if you have a friend that's kind of hot and cold with you, don't expect them to be your writer, die, the person that you can rely entirely on. [SPEAKER_00]: That's not that person for you. [SPEAKER_00]: Except them when they're great.
[SPEAKER_00]: It just... [SPEAKER_00]: Meet match their energy in a way, and I'm not saying to play games or anything and obviously you can let go of people that are no longer serving you That definitely was something I did a lot in 2025 and I'm very grateful that I decided to do the things that I needed to do even if they were really hard and really uncomfortable and We're upsetting and hurting and heartbreaking, but
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's really important to acknowledge people who they are and to just learn to accept them for that and meet them where they're at. [SPEAKER_00]: You don't need to always have a big conversation about their behavior. [SPEAKER_00]: People are who they are and you can't necessarily change that to a degree. [SPEAKER_00]: And so just don't expect yourself from others and know who your people are for certain things and who you could rely on.
[SPEAKER_00]: and keep that friendship circle close and small rather quality over quantity. [SPEAKER_00]: If you're rumenating often, if you find yourself spiraling, getting into anxious thoughts, intrusive thoughts, a lot, then you are not busy enough at baseline. [SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, if it's a lot more, if you're feeling really down, maybe it's time to talk to someone for and get some help. [SPEAKER_00]: Speak to your professional, go to therapy, and those are all great things.
[SPEAKER_00]: But I know that if I've been spending too much time alone or I'm doing scrolling too much on social media, I'm consuming more than I'm creating. [SPEAKER_00]: That is when I feel lower. [SPEAKER_00]: That is when I feel more blue. [SPEAKER_00]: I feel more anxious. [SPEAKER_00]: I have lower self-esteem. [SPEAKER_00]: I lower body image. [SPEAKER_00]: I feel shudder overall. [SPEAKER_00]: But when?
[SPEAKER_00]: My hands are busy doing things that are fulfilling me and are in alignment with what I aspire my higher self to be like. [SPEAKER_00]: Then those intrusive anxious thoughts, those spirals tend to disappear. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, on to our habits. [SPEAKER_00]: I am very much back in my cross-training era. [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like I've always kind of cross-trained a little bit, but definitely have been more Pilates heavy for the past little bit.
[SPEAKER_00]: And now with high rocks, I definitely am cross-training very intentionally. [SPEAKER_00]: And so what that looks like and I touched on this a little bit in the beginning of that episode. [SPEAKER_00]: But what that looks like for me is doing Pilates running hyerox and boxing. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm boxing by weekly so at least twice a month right now. [SPEAKER_00]: I do it one on one with my trainer Adam.
[SPEAKER_00]: I really like it basically what a session it looks like when I do boxing and I honestly [SPEAKER_00]: like a boxing class. [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I haven't gone to like a true authentic like boxing gym and done a class there. [SPEAKER_00]: I've only done semi-private and private classes there. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm aware this is a very privileged thing to be able to afford and have access to.
[SPEAKER_00]: But I really do love working with a trainer and [SPEAKER_00]: Having them have the pads and punching the pads instead one because it hurts my wrist Plus I find that I don't know maybe it's my form when I punch a bag But that definitely hurts a lot more But I really do like working with a trainer because one I can really dial in on my form Correcting it making sure my technique is right and over time that will obviously prevent injury by having a proper form
[SPEAKER_00]: I also think boxing has always been something that really intimidates me and I used to be really scared of it before I started and working with the trainer has allowed me to build a lot of confidence in my skill and my ability to [SPEAKER_00]: do unboxing and to box. [SPEAKER_00]: I've never like boxed someone else. [SPEAKER_00]: I've only done it with my trainer. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if I'll ever do that, but I really do love boxing the way my sessions look.
[SPEAKER_00]: is we do a little bit of mobility and stretching with resistance bands in the beginning and then we do a little circuit between jumping rope for a minute and then weighted exercise is with a kettlebell so I'll jump rope for a minute then I'll do lower body kettlebell exercises usually squats, dad lifts, do I do anything else? [SPEAKER_00]: I think that's it and then I do another minute I'm jumping rope and [SPEAKER_00]: which I've actually gotten better at again.
[SPEAKER_00]: If you've been following me for a really long time, you would know that I used to jump rope a lot during COVID on my parent's driveway. [SPEAKER_00]: And it took a minute to get good at it again, but it definitely is a challenge, but I do feel like I'm getting stronger. [SPEAKER_00]: My cardio is better with it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Can't do any fun tricks with it, but my confidence is getting better with jumping rope, and then [SPEAKER_00]: So it's a minute of jumping rope, then lower body strength, jumping rope for a minute, then upper body we normally do upright rows, bicep curls overhead shoulder press, and then we go back to a minute of jumping rope, and then we got into three minute rounds with I think it's a one minute break in between.
[SPEAKER_00]: Each round, normally Adam will give me kind of a combo that we set for that round and then we'll mix it in with free styling and usually by the end of that three minute round and pretty tired. [SPEAKER_00]: And honestly, I love it. [SPEAKER_00]: If I go back and watch old videos of me boxing, I can definitely see improvement in not only like my confidence but also my strength, my form and the complexity of the combos that he throws at me.
[SPEAKER_00]: So I really do love boxing for a strength cardio and mental challenge. [SPEAKER_00]: I also am running again. [SPEAKER_00]: I did a 7k last week. [SPEAKER_00]: I did take a few breaks, but I felt like my easy pace was pretty speedy. [SPEAKER_00]: My heart rate always shoots right up.
[SPEAKER_00]: It always has even a one I've done her rate training during half-marathon training It's just the way that my heart is I guess I've spoken to a few friends that take running a little bit more seriously and her bit more experience on me and some of them experience the same thing But I'm just using the run-up you guys know I've used this app for years. [SPEAKER_00]: This is my third [SPEAKER_00]: You're having it, yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: You can use Codalana for two weeks free.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sponsored by them. [SPEAKER_00]: I am an ambassador, but I do solely love the app. [SPEAKER_00]: I've paid for it out of pocket two years and row. [SPEAKER_00]: This is actually my first time having the subscription for free. [SPEAKER_00]: Um, so and gifted by them. [SPEAKER_00]: So I think that speaks to itself. [SPEAKER_00]: I always use runa to train for all my races.
[SPEAKER_00]: And so it only felt naturally fit to use it to train for the running portion of my high rocks. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm aiming to do at least one run a week, maybe two. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just trying not to get injured. [SPEAKER_00]: And I feel like I still have a pretty good base from having run in the past and doing berries and whatnot occasionally throughout the past few months. [SPEAKER_00]: but trying to do one or two runs, they do have high rocks plans.
[SPEAKER_00]: So I did a high rocks plan on there and you can fully customize it, customize it. [SPEAKER_00]: You can add strength, mobility, Pilates, exercises into there as well and they will make a little plan for you.
[SPEAKER_00]: And then [SPEAKER_00]: reformer i've been going to either jibbered reformer which you guys know i love or legary plus or reformed which is by sweat and tonic um they're all kind of like legary ask ish the reformed classes always always humble me i love jibbered it is my bread and butter i love it there i love [SPEAKER_00]: their methodology, I love how common it is, I love that it doesn't spike.
[SPEAKER_00]: My cortisol are making me feel stressed or anything at all, but it definitely is very challenging and I have been feeling a lot stronger and core has felt really strong and honestly not to make this about aesthetics or anything, but I have noticed way more definition in my core since
[SPEAKER_00]: Seems like we might have to pick this episode up again tomorrow because my plans are happening a little bit sooner than I anticipated, but let me clock back in tomorrow and get this episode up for you. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, we're back a day later, but when you're listening to this, obviously it's all cut together. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I believe we are on habits. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember exactly where I ended off, but we're on habits. [SPEAKER_00]: So cross training.
[SPEAKER_00]: I was discussing that. [SPEAKER_00]: We're boxing. [SPEAKER_00]: We're doing Hirox classes at Swedentonic if you Hirox workouts at the gym with my Hirox partner Jordan running, following the Hirox running plan through Rana. [SPEAKER_00]: And then Pilates, I've been going to J-bird, just got a membership at reformed, and I really have been just liking switching it up, doing different things, going to different studios learning from different instructors.
[SPEAKER_00]: Prioritizing sleep is definitely a habit, I really need to hone it in. [SPEAKER_00]: I've gotten better again, but there's definitely quite a few nights where I'm definitely not getting good enough sleep. [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like my alter-human ring. [SPEAKER_00]: It definitely helps keep me accountable, but I love my Hajj alarm clock.
[SPEAKER_00]: I use it for my bedtime, for my wake up, I have all my alarms set, but the biggest thing I have found with feeling the best in the most energized consistently is going to bad and waking up at around the same time every single day or most days, at least five days a week, really aiming to get that 7 to 9 hours of sleep and trying to get quality sleep.
[SPEAKER_00]: limiting blue light before bed cooling down my space like setting the thermosat to be a bit cooler for night setting the vibe is choosing to read a book before bed instead of scrolling I've been trying to get better with that but honestly a lot of the times lately I find I'm on the phone with my boyfriend before bed so I end up just talking on the phone but I guess that's better than scrolling taking time to wind down for 30 minutes before bed
[SPEAKER_00]: I find is something that really helps, I know it's so simple, but just really giving yourself and including that time into like your bedtime routine to just like wind down getting to bed 20, 30 minutes before you actually want to go to bed so that way when it's time to go to sleep and you want to get that 79 hours before your wake up, your body is chill and calm and ready to do that.
[SPEAKER_00]: And I really just love to set the vibes you guys know or maybe don't know maybe you're new listener but I have smart bulbs in my bedroom and I have smart bulbs in my living room and I really don't keep any big lights on. [SPEAKER_00]: I keep the lights fairly dim, fairly warm. [SPEAKER_00]: In my bedroom I usually have red lighting on and then in my living room like a warm yellow. [SPEAKER_00]: kind of light.
[SPEAKER_00]: And I find also making sure that I'm not eating too close to bed time and trying not to have too much sugar. [SPEAKER_00]: I caffeine too late in the day. [SPEAKER_00]: Really helps as well with getting into a deep sleep, getting into my REM sleep and allowing my heart rate to drop a lot sooner, which allows for better sleep. [SPEAKER_00]: Having more home cooked meals always just makes me feel better.
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm sure you have noticed this with yourself as well, even if you're having [SPEAKER_00]: Healthy choices for takeout, exhalids, and protein and whatnot. [SPEAKER_00]: Nothing feels better than a home meal. [SPEAKER_00]: So I love finding new recipes on Pinterest, getting excited, preparing, creating a grocery list, going and doing the grocery shopping, or ordering it through DoorDash. [SPEAKER_00]: That's usually how I order my groceries.
[SPEAKER_00]: if I'm not going into the store and I always find I enjoy my meals more when I make a proper meal, not just making chicken, that's super boring or like a salad, you know, like, well, I mean, you can make a really nice fun salad but like getting creative with your recipes and like making a proper meal as opposed to just throwing ingredients together that don't really, [SPEAKER_00]: Make sense and it makes it more enjoyable.
[SPEAKER_00]: Cooking is honestly very therapeutic for me baking.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm excited to get back into baking Again this fall if you like it's been a hot minute since I baked anything you guys know I love baking cookies and banana bread and I don't know maybe I'll get into baking something else Also, it's been a hot minute since I've had my weekly Monday steak so I'm going up for dinner to night, but I think I'm gonna have a burger [SPEAKER_00]: for dinner, um, but getting back into my weekly steak. [SPEAKER_00]: I kind of love that ritual.
[SPEAKER_00]: So like maybe doing creating like a routine for your home cooked meal. [SPEAKER_00]: So like say Monday night is steak night and Tuesday night is taco night and Wednesday you try new pasta dish and Thursday you do a Greek dish or like whatever it is kind of thing. [SPEAKER_00]: I am a big fan of keeping my space clean. [SPEAKER_00]: I think a clear space equals a clear mind.
[SPEAKER_00]: And I find often just like taking the time through out your day to clean up and do many cleanup. [SPEAKER_00]: So a five to ten minute cleanup in the morning or at night before bed just wiping down your space after you use it, putting things back, where you got them from instead of like leaving all your clothes sprawled out all over the place, put the dirty clothes in the washing machine, fold the other clothes with them away.
[SPEAKER_00]: When you do your laundry, fold them, put them away right away, type of thing. [SPEAKER_00]: I love to set a specific day for specific chores. [SPEAKER_00]: So for example, Mondays, I typically do my towels, close to the end of the week. [SPEAKER_00]: I change my bed linens. [SPEAKER_00]: I do my laundry for like my washing my clothes kind of more so on the weekend, typically because it takes a little bit longer with doing the whites and the
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you sit a specific day for deep cleaning the bathroom, deep cleaning the kitchen just to make it a bit more manageable and less daunting for you But overall doing the five to ten minute cleanups morning and our night is a super great way to help keep the space clean and just like wiping down surfaces after cooking in the kitchen. [SPEAKER_00]: I know it's so simple [SPEAKER_00]: So straight forward, but I think sometimes we forget these little things.
[SPEAKER_00]: And then the last habit that I really want to focus on is drinking more water. [SPEAKER_00]: I definitely have noticed I've been slacking and I'm feeling it and it's super important especially with all my high rock straining and increasing my training load that I'm seeing hydrated and having my electrolytes.
[SPEAKER_00]: routines, consistency across all habits, so just finding ways to be super consistent with cooking meals at home, keeping my space clean, going to bed early, getting good quality sleep, drinking more water, working out. [SPEAKER_00]: My workout routine is pretty much two to three, plot these workouts a week, usually reformer, one run, and one hyerox, and that's kind of going to be my routine until hyerox.
[SPEAKER_00]: comes around and then I love using Sundays as a way to reset my space and it was pretty typical but it works for me so just like resetting my space, cleaning, getting, or my order, my order is ordering my groceries, getting everything in order, decuttering a lot of the times things built up on my kitchen island and the chairs that surround it. [SPEAKER_00]: And then on to our fall essentials. [SPEAKER_00]: I have been obsessed with my a guldi-lo rise loose gene.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm currently wearing them. [SPEAKER_00]: They are [SPEAKER_00]: So comfy, so flattering. [SPEAKER_00]: You guys know I love my low slung baggy jeans from a goldie, but I wanted something a bit more slim fitting a little bit cleaner looking and I absolutely love these I've also been obsessed with button up cardigans and nits. [SPEAKER_00]: This one is rom dynamite the knit that I'm obsessed with is also from dynamite [SPEAKER_00]: And I really really love it.
[SPEAKER_00]: I love the color brown and everything. [SPEAKER_00]: I got a brown knit. [SPEAKER_00]: I have a brown purse from Freya, which I'm obsessed with. [SPEAKER_00]: I've been getting a lot more brown pieces for my apartment. [SPEAKER_00]: I really would love brown sheets or my bed like a duvet set in everything. [SPEAKER_00]: I just think there's something so warm and cozy about it. [SPEAKER_00]: I've been eyeing penny loafers and fried boots, Freya, Freya.
[SPEAKER_00]: boots, really just loving leather and swayed overall. [SPEAKER_00]: I love my also my brown leather jacket and then knits with white tees underneath. [SPEAKER_00]: I think are so cute and a little bit preppy, glossy, brunette hair. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm so excited to get my hair recolored at the end of September. [SPEAKER_00]: It's been a minute and it's definitely pulling more red lately.
[SPEAKER_00]: I also have been obsessed with doing like a toasted brown eyeshadow look with the makeup by Mario master mats eyeshadow palette I got the tutorial and the look from Vanessa Stern Vanessa Nicole Stern on TikTok I've also been using tubing mascara specifically the milk Kush
[SPEAKER_00]: one and I find because I have hooded eyes and I have bags underneath my eyes like my eyes can be a little bit puffy underneath I find my mascara always transfers but waterproof mascara even though I love it and I love the mascara that I was using they are so hard to get off but I love the tubing mascara because it's easy to get off but it also doesn't smudge although I do find it flakes a little bit but trial and error.
[SPEAKER_00]: Ben, it re-obsessed with my road lippeptide and jelly bean. [SPEAKER_00]: It tastes so good and it looks so pretty and I pair that with my MAC lip liner in Whirl Obsessed with brown boots and then denim on denim is also something I've been obsessed with. [SPEAKER_00]: I wore it to the Morgan Wall in concert. [SPEAKER_00]: I've been wearing it a lot. [SPEAKER_00]: And also bring really into hydrating products for my hair.
