The First Step; Don't be Judged for being you!

Great round table discussion about taking the first steps, and truly becoming who you want to be.  Don't let anyone judge you, if it is truly in your heart, push forward, nothing stops you except what you believe and what you think others might think of you.  Change is hard, it will be difficult, but nothing in life is easy.
