Learn why building your "home" level is crucial for long-term career success, and why both high and low energy states should be like vacation homes - places you visit but don't live in permanently.

Plus, I share my personal story of realizing I didn't even have a "home" level during my time at Amazon, and how that contributed to my burnout.
