Mood AF 3:2 - Grief.

Hello my lovelies. Welcome back to another episode of Mood AF. Today we get into the real (notice how I didn’t say all tea, all shade & all offense - we’re getting serious today) .. and I know the conversation is a little uncomfortable - but remember: each show is a different mood, some are good, some are bad, some are funny.

But since we’re so close to the holidays, I wanted to speak on something that has been so heavy on my heart - Grief. Grief is one of the most paradoxically complex feelings ever.
