Under both of his aliases (“Widow” for deep, atmospheric techno and “Cicada” for longform ambient compositions): Multimedia artist and writer Ian “Widow” Davidson specializes in telling stories and building complexly layered cinematic worlds in association with classic cinema. Ian believes in the power of nostalgia and gives subtle nods to originality within a natural perception. In other words, he is a studious observer of the natural world around us.
