On episode 266 of The Neutral Corner boxing podcast, host Michael Montero reviews the fight between Canelo Alvarez and Billy Joe Saunders last Saturday, which was attended by more than 73,000 fans at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Alvarez landed an uppercut that damaged Saunders' orbital bone in the eighth round. The Brit's team stopped the fight before the start of the ninth. Canelo now owns the RING, WBC, WBA and WBO super middleweight titles. After the bout, social media blew up with arguments over Saunders "quitting".
