After taking some time off towards the end of 2022 to focus on his mental health, Michael takes us through the continuous journey he is on as a leader, father, husband and rugby player. We chat through his definition of success, advice he’d give his younger self, and how he’s reframed one of the hardest moments of his life as ‘one of the best things that happened to him’.
