Episode 63: why do I do this?

Why do I do this podcast? Why am I on social media? Why do I care about your life even though we have never met? For 10 years I have been a medical doctor. I see the pitfalls in our healthcare system. I see the pitfalls and how we treat ourselves, each other and our thought processes. Ultimately by asking myself better questions I got to a place where I began to improve my life. Those same questions can improve yours. Why do I do this? It is a gift for me to help others. It is a gift to yourself to help you!
