Episode 159: take time to play

For years I worked to feel productive. Not realizing that I was sacrificing so much of my time. Time that I would ultimately never get back. Once I realize that I was not producing in a way that was sustainable or ultimately positive I began making time to play. To connect with my kids, connect with myself, actually make friends and grow relationships. It change everything! Make time to play. Don’t just work.
