Foot on the Chair

I have recently come to the realization that I get anxiety around white people. I am not sure where this came from, whether it's because of the ridiculous amounts of media I've consumed while locked away in my home (due to quarantine) or if it's just because I don't usually interact with them outside of the internet... either way it is a problem I don't want to ignore. This episode is me wrapping my head around why I feel this way and why others might feel the same. I hope it helps someone else as much as it helps me.
