Episode 29: Menstrual Cup Emergency! feat. Brenda

Hola Mujeres! We had Brenda from @theadolescentparent join us to talk us through her menstrual cup emergency and whether she would try it again.. Menstrual cups are an eco-friendly alternative to pads and tampons. There is definitely research involved and practice in getting them inserted right but don't be discouraged! We also discuss how many of us women are not familiar with our bodies and how we're all different as far as our reproductive organs.
