I'm not sure how this system works. You know, I've been out of school. So it's like a Ghana unified school district approved by the government of Ghana as it has to be approved by the government. But the difference between those schools and my school. I'm going to teach African. I'm gonna make sure this African history teachers there as well, because you know, when I want to school as a kid in Africa, I don't remember anything on African history.

You know that too much on black history. So I'm gonna make sure that is thought in my school, like black history, African history. Are you gonna be the teacher? No, the funk I'm not Chinese best friend? Oh yeah, well yeah, if I am the teacher and the kids must well just go to defray or or I see d C when they get out of my school. So okay, yeah, I guess if it's vegan, and it could be raw

because like vegetables. Yeah, so basically raw foods means it's not cooked above or heated above a D eighteen degrees. So you can make like raw tacos and raw burgers and know it sounds crazy, but you use like vegetables and nuts and beans and things like that, and you make it and it's really delicious. M hm and vegan twenty years. WHOA, you don't eat meat at all. I don't eat any meat. Now, what if you're stuck in a small little island and they only have meat, they

don't have any coconuts or bananas and tomatoes. Well, I'm pretty sure they have green vegetation. Oh yeah, see, I think that's what if they don't have that and they only have a pig walking around, She'll eat it. She'll just leave some the floors. That's exactly right. And now I'll make some. Yeah, first of all, I number one Oxford Street, amazing beautiful, like amazing hotel designed my very good friend freedom Na chat Out, chat out where he got like eight names. Oh yeah, showed that hotel in your Instagram. Yeah it looks very nice, very nice hotel. Yeah. So, um, but I wanted a bigger room, so I ended up with the penthouse. What did you phouse? There's only one in the whole hotel?

Or is there two? Now there's there's four, but there's four of them. Oh, where were you staying, Mike in the first floor? Now I was actually on the um. I don't know what flaws seven, seventh or fifth, because I think I gave my sister the seventh and I kept it faith do something. It didn't matter to me. I was by myself, you know, still like I still had like a nice sweet every everyone in that hotel is a gorgeous hotel. It's called number one Oxford, that

number one. If you're gonna Croghana, you know he's got some free promotion. You know it's mothersucker. You're gonna give my mother sucker at least the ninth floor next time? No, no, no, he take me the first time I stay his property, give me like the penthouse at the qualities I haven't

been to quality. Oh you give me three better in penthouse A qualities last the first time we met, now the first time I met at first of my stay his property, you know, so um and then this then the one where the one hotel is is more more going on? Is you know? I think that where qualities is more quieter and the one is more contemporary. Qualities is more like a traditional little you know. But yeah, but it's a beauty. All his properties are really really nice.

Yeah amazing. What all did you do in Ghana? That's about coming so I was Yeah, I was there um promoting health and wellness. So UM we met with um so many people, Gosh, the president of Tourism, and we went to the presidential office and met with all the dignitaries. They're really trying to bring more health and wellness. Uh, not just to Ghana, but across the globe. I think that because Um, I just feel like we need to

learn how to eat better. We know, the COVID happened and everyone's like dying because they don't know how to heal themselves. So like teaching people the basics, you know. I feel like Ghana is so rich, you know, of course, you know you come from the fruits, the vegetables, I mean, the mangoes, the pineapples, the fresh air, so amazing, it really is. You should go there. I need to move there. Are you hiring theater? It could be my teacher. No,

you're not gonna not for my kids. For English. No Chinese, best friend Chinese? Well, I don't know how to speak that very fluid you. Yeah, we could use some Chinese classes because I always feel like Chinese were always talking about us, So I need some Chinese. I'm gonna have you be the Chinese teacher. And yeah, you use a muchet for that. Oh, I carry a bucket knife. That's all. Yeah, but I've got vegans, and it was there any vegans. Yeah, but that's why I'm bringing it vegan because yeah, it is is vegan. It's made of cassava,

and like, yeah, it's it's vegan. Yeah, but I'm saying that you gotta make a vegan soup because we like all kinds of meat in the soup. They contomerate and the Okrah soup and all of that. If you make them without meat, it's pretty much. It's vegan and what I love vegan? You have fake meat, yeah you can do Yeah, you can do meat for some reason. Let's like sleep on a sex dog. Actually make a point there, like, yeah, well you can use mushrooms and mushrooms you can. You

can make vegetables taste media. It's really the flavor prof wow that you add to the vegetables. Yeah, it's not really right. And that's the point. You know, we should stop eating. Can we order thy food first today? Maybe with stuff tomorrow? Well, Thai food can be I love Thai food. Color a red curry. So vegging, what is vigg involved? No me, No shrimp, no, no nothing, no shrimp, no fish, no eggs, no milk, no nothing. Stop dairies

like a year and a half ago. Okay, good. Yeah, but you know a lot of people think that it's you're so limited, but just think about the thousands of plants that grow on the planet. There's so many fruits and vegetables, and it's really about your creativity. Is for me, I've been vegging for over twenty years so and I've worked with the best Serena Venus Williams Common Venus Williams is a vegan, Serena, I worked with them trap vegan. Yeah, that should have been common sense. Are you gonna are

I literally just bought my very first TV in life last look this year ovulations live in the village of

Beverly Hills. I just I don't like TV. TV isn't my thing. You know, TV isn't my thing. But I got it because I like movies. You have no clue what's going on? Do you? No? I mean I'm not. I mean, at the end of the day, I mean Zemunda, next Doria, Rokana, the officitious places, they're not real, you know, when you're dealing places and then our real you know, you could kind of like make up your own things, you know, and make some things up. And you know people sometimes put on't know any better, they don't. They just you know, I feel like Africans were pissed when they saw. They were pissed because African thing.

African thought, you know, we're trying to trying to be African, but they just these are made up places. So and I and I had an interview, I had a TV interview when I wasn't gonna and I talked about this, like we can't get upset, we can't take this personal. This will imagine every places and our real places. You know it's not real places, Mike, For goodness, gracious, I thought it was real. He's trying about un American headlines to go to Zamunda. was also really powerful. That just the resilience, because you know, a lot of us didn't really survive it was it was pretty intense and black people are very strong, right, tough people. I can't imagine when my people went through,

you know. But you know, we we we overcame it, you know, and it just it just it's just part of our history now, you know. And we can't forget where you came from. You know, never forget. You gotta teach your kids this and let them know. But yeah, man, um, and okay, so you saw this slave castle and then we did the Last Bath. Are you familiar with that? Nah? So that's a whole not that's like they took the slaves to this before they took them to the dungeons.

They put them on a boat to take them to the dungeons, but they gave them this what they call the last bath. They walk them through the woods and put them in the water and just it's just torturous ship. Like, who are they call it the last bath? They just dump them in the water and throw them on the on the slave ship. Yeah. Like, but so what we did, So I went there. I don't know if you're familiar with Queen of Fua, but she's my spiritual mother. She

has been a healer for over fifty years. Um. So I was with her and uh, Angela Rye are you from me? With Angela Rye? She's on CNN. Anyway, we were all there, and so the whole point was to go back two through the door of no return, which is we've returned, you know what I mean, and through the last bath, so that we it's like our first bath. It's coming. It's doing the healing work, um, for ourselves and for our ancestors. It was. It was pretty dope, um okay. And what else did you anything else you

remember doing? It was that pretty much? I mean, gosh we did. Every day was jam packed with meetings and TV and interviews and um, he had a great time. I got a new name too, They gave me a new um gosh, I am um Yama Day, Princess Yama Day. I thought it would like went by like the whole days of the weekday, yeah, yeah, Thursday, Okay, y'all, okay, y'all. My brother, my brother is Thursday, He's y'all. So guys, y'all.

And a girl is yeah yeah, yes, I'm like, I'm I'm, I'm Monday, so Joe and female Monday is is that where you're born? Well, they just named it, you know, it has to do with like, um, it's a traditional thing. It's like the day of the week you're born, the name. If you want to sunder of the week, then that

becomes your name, basically nickname. Don't go to Ghana and be like, hey coat Joe, You're gonna have like ten niggas turn around, you know, and it's it just felt so when you know, it felt great being back there where it's like I'm in a place where everybody looks like me, you know, I love and nice. I literally I like I went to Egypt right after, and I'll tell you this whole another energy. Like the people in

Ghana were sweet and kind and fun. The food was delicious, the vibes were just to me a lot higher Egypt, like I felt like they were a little back in the eighteen hundreds, honestly, Yeah, it was. It's a Muslim country, which you know, I have a lot of Muslim friends, but it was like they don't respect women the majority. I'm not saying, you know, I don't want to stereotype, but it was just very a little for me. Yeah. The good thing, the cool thing about being in Ghana

and like, you know, body looked like me. It kind of like when I was in America. When I came to America as a kid. You know how people describe me and it's like, okay, Mike, which Mike, black ass Mike. So now when Ghana, everybody darkens me. So now you gotta really described the long neck Mike, short neck Mike, no neck, Mike, got teeth Mike, because now you can't

go black ass Mike neck black ass. You know everybody Ghana we like the original black were like between eleven PM at like one thirty a m. I've fallen around midnight enough for this ship man. But overall, you had a great time. Ghana was great. Are you so? What's your plans are going back? I'll be back actually probably next month to do some business. Nice. I'll be there too. Yeah, it's going back there too. Oh, did you ever close

the deal with the house? Yeah, yeah, cho chow hands on it and all the paperwork is going on right now, so you know, hopefully everything works. Did I show you the house? Yeah, you show me. You know, we have a housewoman party and come to the house. Absolutely, I'll make you some some vegan contemplate with no with no meat, no meat. Yeah, I'm serious. You're gonna go vegan for twenty one days. I don't mind. I tried some comble. I love yams, Do you guys? You have some? N I e some conum and yams all day. And

the plan than planting is amazing. In the coconut water, the pineapple it is it is and you would think that it's not right because it's green on the outside. Normally, like when I picked my pineapples, it's nice and yellow, right, but this one's like white yeah and green yeah, and it's white on the inside, and you think it's like this is gonna be bitter or sour?
