I need to understand my customers. What do my customers want? Okay, I need to make my product a bit better. How do I improve my products? Okay, I'm asking questions. I'm measuring those questions against the information I have. Suddenly I'm in data, suddenly I'm a data scientist, suddenly I'm in tech.
