If we profess to believe Scripture is our standard and sole authority, how much do we read it?
Our fleshly nature wants to keep everything we earn, but Yahweh has commanded us to give of our wealth, to Him, in certain ways. This sermon examines one of these ways that is tied to the three major feasts in the scriptural year.
If you are in Messiah, you are already as justified as you will ever be. But, you are not already as sanctified as you can ever be. Listen to learn about properly purifying and sanctifying yourself for the special times our Father has given us to meet with Him.
Over the last 20 years I've been asked why I keep the Passover. In this lesson, I give my personal background, and answer that question.
Some people believe that Paul taught that it was bondage to observe days like the Sabbath or Passover. Other people believe that Paul condemned the Galatians for going back to days of pagan worship. Listen to learn - in context - what Paul was concerned with the Galatians about, in this text.
We need to understand that Yahweh's power, the power that raised Yeshua from the dead, actually works inside the believer.
The law of Yahweh is perfect, without blemish. Yeshua is perfect, without blemish. You and I are not perfect, we have many blemishes. So long as we try to justify ourselves in the sight of Yahweh, by our own efforts, we fall under the law's curse.
A new series begins discussing Paul's view of the law of Yahweh, based upon his epistle to the Galatians. This lesson examines what it means to walk in the Spirit.
The greatest position that we could ever have is the position we have in and through our elder brother Yeshua.
Can you imagine how appreciative people were to see rain for the first time in 3 1/2 years? We often don't realize how special something is until it is taken away. Listen to learn about Yahweh's gifts, and about how we should place Yahweh's law at the forefront of our walk to the kingdom.
Sometimes our prayers are answered immediately and dramatically, but Yahweh is not obligated to answer anyone this way. At other times, He chooses to delay His answer with little to no drama. We shouldn't become discouraged, but should keep on praying.
After Elijah's slaughters the prophets of Baal, he kneels down and puts his face between his knees. What can we learn from his gesture?
We have an inheritance, because we are in the Messiah. The down payment of this is the Holy Spirit, given to us when we believed.
A dear brother in our fellowship, Jerry Kendall, shares with us how through his life, different people sowed seeds to help him get to where he is today. Now, he does the same, and is reminded to be patient. Sometimes, the seed you sow may not bear fruit until you the sower have breathed your last breath here on the earth.
The final lesson on Church Discipline. What did Paul mean when he said not to associate with sinners? What about not eating with such a person? Listen to learn about how we are to approach those in our church family, when they stray from the truth and refuse help and repentance.
Part 3 in the Church Discipline series. Paul makes a judgment concerning the unrepentant man in the congregation. Sometimes love looks like removing a man from the congregation in hopes that he comes to his senses. Listen to learn why Paul brings into play an analogy from the Passover season.
Part 2 in the Church Discipline series. Yeshua gives us divine instructions on how to handle un-repentance inside of a congregation of believers. The main goal and purpose of his instructions is the restoration of the sinner. Listen to learn what Yeshua meant when he said, "Where 2 or 3 are gathered together in my name, there I am among them."

As the contest begins, the prophets of Baal "pray" to their mighty one for many hours, but he never answers. No matter how loud they get or how much they dance, Baal is silent. Sometimes, we bring the mentality of Baal's prophets into our prayer life to Yahweh. Yeshua tells us not to do this. We can't impress Yahweh.
Yahweh works in ways that do not make human sense, so that our faith will stop standing in the wisdom of man. This lesson also covers the importance of calling upon the name of the Creator, Yahweh, just like the prophet Elijah did.
Ahab accused Elijah of being a trouble-maker. But, Ahab was the real trouble-maker. He had abandoned what he knew to do. He had given up on service to Yahweh.
Obadiah, the man in charge of king Ahab's palace, greatly feared Yahweh, but still worked for a wicked king. Listen to learn about how it takes wisdom among men in order to work for Yahweh's will and way.
