After examining their outcomes from their shortened inaugural season. New England went into a deep evaluation and made the decision to evolve into season four as part of their growth process. CEO Alex Magelby joins the show to provide an exclusive inside look at that process and the decisions they've made to this point with hiring Ryan Martin away from Otago in the Mitre 10 Cup. He also discussed adding Tera Mtembu from the Sharks in Super Rugby.

Tera Mtembu joins the show to discuss his decision to head to Major League Rugby and the Free Jacks, he shares that the process was always about returning to the US from having played in the Las Vegas 7s.

Ryan Martin, having coached at almost every level in New Zealand shares his coaching experiences and methodology, what his favorite phase was, and how he was wearing a Chicago Bulls hat in his first interview for the New England role.
