Why I started Mixed Lives Matter

Hi! Welcome to Mixed Lives Matter!! I am excited to get this off the ground. I started Mixed Lives Matter as a way to discuss issues and concerns unique to being biracial in America. Sometimes, being biracial or multiracial in a time where racial justice is polarized and politicized can cause inner turmoil and stress. This podcast is meant to discuss these issues and let everyone know they are not alone. I look forward to going on this journey with everyone as we will discuss anything and everything involving the Black Lives Matter movement and biracial cultural identity. We will discuss historic members who were biracial and how they influenced us. We will discuss all manner of topics, black and white alike. I can’t wait to get started!
