Episode description

'Me' and 'my world' gets affected from what impacts the surface tension of the water bubble that a person is. If we consider that a person is a drop of the ocean of consciousness (at least 60% of our body is water), then internal influences and external influences may be regarded as ripples on the surface of water. Body rhythms are much like ripples from the breathing and related physiological movements of cells, tissues, organs and organ systems, and their natural rhythms get affected by what we put into our body, what we choose to do with our body at a point in time and also what 'touches' our body physically or non-physically (such as electromagnetic affects or radiation affects from telecommunication towers or phones and screens).

Maintenance of health, then, requires what I call recalibration, where body rhythms tune up their rhythms, much like a clock or watch spruces up its wheels, so it functions more accurately with maintenance. A regularly serviced vehicle functions with a longer shelf life. I call the how-to of it as movement-less yoga or #healthiernaturalbreathing.
