Job 21: Discourse on the Wicked If they obey and serve Him, They shall spend their days in prosperity. The Mystery of God's dealings with ungodly is far from my comprehension. Now in my prosperity I said I shall never be moved. Let them shout for joy and be glad, who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, "Let the LORD be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant. For I was envious of the boastful, When I saw the prosperity of the wicked. Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces. In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider Surely God has appointed the one as well as the other, So that man can find out nothing that will come after him. Oh, that you had heeded My commandments! Then your peace would have been like a river, And your righteousness like the waves of the sea. Job was a well established rich boss.
