Episode description

I absolutely loved interviewing Nicole & am excited for you to get to know her. Nicole Dyer started The Family Locket (familylocket.com) in 2015 when she was her ward family history consultant. She then began teaching a community family history class each week and realized that she loved helping people becoming better researchers. She volunteers at the Pima County Genealogy Society as a steering committee member, speaks regularly at genealogy conferences and events, and is pursuing genealogy accreditation in the Mid-South United States region. She's a former middle school history teacher and volunteers at the Tucson Family History Center teaching family history storytime for preschoolers. Through life experiences she has discovered that “[researching ancestors makes] you feel wonderful!” (Richard G. Scott). She & her husband have 3 sweet children and live in Tucson, Arizona.
