We had a good time though, Uh to the little with Steve Hutchinson Warren Sap who's always wearing the most loudest clothing in the world. Yeah, oh yeah, I mean just he just doesn't care. I mean it doesn't match and he just he's just proud of it, just proud of it. But it was fun though. We uh we're out there for about two three days and but uh I came through.

Yeah, you know, just you know, people with some very very nice jackets. Yeah yeah, yeah, and uh, Randall bait. The hall has given us these backpacks to have your number on them. So Randall had his bag and we walked through that port and everybody's stopping and talking to him. I'm just going around and trying to get away and went moving people trying to get to the app. You know, we hear that in the open there with the regulators. You know, that was a big thing for you back

I mean, see if all you thinks I'm playing about two to three rounds a week, but I'm probably playing.

About four to five.

Are you just doing the I've been a run to the story, go get some milk, and then gone for four hours.

I'm leaving the house about seven forty about seven am. I'm back about ten am. I mean I'm back. She's just getting up. Maybe I'm like, hey, we've.

Been doing so. I was sitting up, signed a couple of coffee. Yeah yeah, he's just taking it all over. So beautiful out here. I played some wordle It was great. Yeah, Oh it's so beautiful. You don't come st You really should get up earlier in the morning. It's glorious.

Yeah, it's just just a beautiful spot. So you just got back from the Hall of Fame. How many different events do you guys actually have throughout the year that you're involved in it, because I know you have a big key role in a lot of that.

Oh my god.

Yeah, we probably all together from the Hall side of it, we probably do about fifteen to twenty different events. We actually are going to add add six more. We're gonna start doing a kind of little golf tournaments in one in Las Vegas, one in Texas.

Co figure one in California. But yeah, no, but they do it.

They do such a unique way about it where we have all the guys come out. Every guy kind of plays with one group and we usually have them with a sponsor and stuff, and they kind of find guys that you mix in well with your personalities and stuff.

But it kind of gives.

The older guys a chance to come out and they really don't have to play, but we they have the older guys do a putting contest. So let me give out a couple of bucks, you know, here and there for some guys. But it's fun. We're working on a way to help benefit a lot of the older guys who are having financial difficulties by having the younger guys come back and attend events and the proceeds goes to those older guys from the Hall of Fame.

Oh, that's very, very cool. Obviously.

I'm guessing you watch the game on Sunday.

I watched some of it. I was stuck in Cleveland, Ohio. So yeah, they were talking about, Hey, the Cleveland Browns. I'm like, yeah, I want to watch the Browns. I'm want to watch the vikings and those little arguments. There was the argument here and there. But I slipped somebody a fifty dollars bill and I got what I wanted.

Yeah, twenty seventeen and a loss in that one, and it was it was a tough loss all the way around. It's so crazy because when you see, like Justin Jefferson one hundred and fifty nine or one hundred and fifty yards receiving and Cousins showing for three forty four and a couple of touchdowns, and the defense held the Bucks.

To two hundred and forty two yards.

Yeah, but yet those turnovers and mistakes absolutely killed the Vikes.

Turnovers man, that's I mean, that's we all said. Turnovers man, that's that hurts you. It hurts the game. That's a momentum killer. I mean, I'm watching last night with the Jets and stuff, and you know, Josh Allen. Turnovers, man, they give the momentum to the opposing team. It's just kills. It kills on the sideline. It just drives guys nuts because you just got you fought to get the ball back excuse and all of a sudden then you give it right back to him.

That just really killed the guys.

But my thing about that Viking game was Baker Mayfield. I'm like, oh my god, don't let him win because that's.

A tough one. Yeah Baker Mayfield.

Oh but we're also I was sitting with Warren Sap, so he and I were going back and forth on and.

So uh former Buck himself.

Yeah yeah, And I was gonna ask you that too, because you were playing still when Tampa Bay was actually in the NFC what was the Central Central Central Division, and so you always have great stories from basically every team you've replaced. Yeah, And I was like, oh man, he's got to have a Tampa Bay Buccaneers story from his experience.

You know what I do, I've had some Uh I think, my here's a good story. I'm gonna tell this one. They make somebody. People may get mad, but I'm gonna tell this. My rookie year, we go down to Tampa and stayed the whole week.

I don't know why.

I'm just you know, you're a rookie, You're just like okay. And so we go down there for the whole week. And every morning I got up, I was in my room. I look out and I don't see a couple of guys walking across the street back to the hotel, And I'm like, what are they doing? You know, next day I see the same thing. So one day I asked one of these older statesmen on the defensive line, like, hey, where are you guys coming from? And he goes, if

Blah blah blah, just a statue. Ye, yes, well, our.

Guys would have had a little problem out there. They couldn't couldn't keep the water down, so it's water's coming out. Vinnie tested Birdie Man like eighty yards on us man, and I'm like, it was like ESPN bumbling, stumbling, rumbling, tumbling. Vinnie was just like Frankenstein Man coming down the field and guys were cramping up.

And that was I didn't experience for a young.

Rookie to see, you know, seeing guys throwing up and stuff.

And yeah, but I did get a chance going to game. But you did save your your singles. Yeah, so no ones, We're spent that day exactly exactly. I think I know where. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Yeah, it comes off as like this, you know, really sweet dude and anything like that, and that's not how we really remembered it when he was at Green Bay.

But yeah, you said he's not a relatable type of guy. He's not a guy that really you can sit and talk to.

Yeah. Yeah.

And then the Achilles I mean that could be. I mean he's thirty nine coming back from Achilles. For anybody, Yeah, it is difficult.

The hard part about it is the rehab is so so hard, so stressful on you, and you kind of when you recover from it. If you're not you're you have to be a younger guy because you're so passed and you're just like, you.

Know what, I got more years behind me, blah blah blah.

But when you're a older guy, man, by the time you come back from it, it's so hard. And I said, the rehab is so difficult. Man, you're you just say, you know what, I'm done. Yeah, yeah, that's that's usually what happens. I've played with a couple of guys who've had it, had the problem, and I watched one guy as a defense lineman ter's achilles, and man, it took him not more or less about seven eight months to recover from it. So it's so such a hard thing.

Right, you know.

And I take no joy whatsoever at all, And I don't think anybody should about a Green Bay quarterback that goes to the Jets and has things not.
