Leanne Naylor is a mental health clinical lead, Rapid Transformational Therapist, hypnotherapist and sleep consultant and in this episode she joins Natalie to share some great advice on getting the fundamentals of sleep right in your life. It can be easy for sleep to slip down your list of priorities when you are busy but sleep is what can make the difference and it can be achieved with the right mindset.
